About
Cookeville Ghost Hunters was formed in Cookeville, Tennessee on April 26, 2021. Our goal is to document real evidence of spiritual activity while building our credibility as investigators. We're a small town investigative team that will never, under any circumstances, fake our evidence just for quick and easy fame.

Brandon, the lead investigator, has over two years experience in the paranormal field, but has had an interest and passion for the paranormal since childhood. Brandon is studying metaphysics and demonology under the presiding Bishop of the Holy Nicholean Catholic Church. In this work, we've created a community with other investigators and respected members to best assist clients.

Having been on over 100 investigations, we are seasoned investigators, with knowledge of many different types of equipment used by investigators around the world. Some well known locations we've investigated include Octagon Hall in Franklin, Kentucky, the Thomas House hotel in Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee, and the Old Historic Harriman Hospital in Harriman, Tennessee.
What We Do
First and foremost: we're paranormal investigators. We strive to gather evidence of spirits and of life after death. We also review ghost hunting equipment made by the best in the industry so you'll be confident in any equipment purchases you make!

Request an Investgation
We do accept investigation requests. However, to legally protect ourselves, the client(s) and any guests we deem fit to assist: the client(s) will need to fill out a liability waiver & consent form. There are two variations of the waivers, depending if the client(s) is the legal property owner or if the client(s) is a property renter. If the client is a property renter, we respectfully request the property owner be able to fill out the waiver at the same day of the walkthrough or investigation.
Our goal as paranormal investigators is to assist anyone with any paranormal affliction. However we must also protect ourselves from any civil lawsuit. Before the walkthrough, the correct variation of consent form will be provided for all those involved to sign, including any friends or family members of the client(s). If anyone involved (including any friends or family members) does not sign and agree to the waiver, we will be unable to offer any advice or assistance.
If an individual has any questions about the waiver, a member of the group will be more than glad to explain any part. The goal behind the waiver is to not only protect any member of Cookeville Ghost Hunters, but also the client(s), affiliates of our group, and special guests.
